Booking and Payments

Online Form Completion: Please ensure all sections of the online booking form are fully completed.

We do not accept cash payments at the property. All payments must be made online, and we accept most major credit and debit cards.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: 15:00 hours to 18:00 hours

Check-out Time: 10:00 hours to 11:00 hours

 Late Check-out Fee: 50% charge of the daily rate will apply for stays extending beyond the standard check-out time.

Children and Meals

Children Policy: For safety and comfort, children under 12 years of age are not permitted.

Mealtimes

Breakfast: 7:30 hours to 9:00 hours  

Dinner: 6:00 hours to 9:00 hours (18:00 – 21:00 hours)

No Food in Rooms: Please do not take food into the rooms.

Meal Requests: Meals must be requested either at the time of booking or with at least 4 hours’ notice prior to the mealtime.

Same-Day Meal Requests: Cooked meals requested on the same day must be paid for in cash at £20 per meal.

Identification and Proof of Address

At Booking Time: Copy of Valid Identification: You must upload a clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., passport, national ID card, driver’s license) for each guest staying at the property. The identification must clearly show your full name and surname, photograph, date of birth, and document number.

Proof of Address: You must upload a clear copy of a recent document (dated within the last three months) that verifies your current residential address. Acceptable documents are , a utility bill (electricity, gas, water, internet), a bank statement, or a government-issued letter. The document must display your full name and address clearly.

 At Check-in Time: Original Valid Identification: Upon arrival at the property, each guest must present the original valid government-issued photo identification that was provided at the time of booking. This is for verification purposes to ensure that the individual checking in matches the documentation provided.

Photo Verification: Our staff will compare the photograph on your presented original identification with your physical appearance to confirm your identity.

Security Deposit

To ensure the security of our property, we require a security deposit of £150. This deposit will be returned to your bank account within 5 working days after your departure, provided the property is left in satisfactory condition.

Please note the following condition regarding the security deposit:

Lost Keys: If a set of keys is lost, £30 will be deducted from your security deposit to cover the cost of replacement.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

 For a full refund, you must provide 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled check-in time. If you provide less than 24 hours’ notice, no refund will be issued.
